The Bellevue Garden
The Bellevue Garden provides an elegant and unforgettable backdrop for any summer event. Take advantage of our spacious outdoor Garden for parties of up to 250 guests. Surrounded by arborvitae, your event will feel perfectly private, while maintaining an open outdoor feel.
The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom features vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood beams and stylish décor. Generous windows allow for ample natural light, and large glass accordion doors reveal views to the Bellevue Garden. Decorated with soft, neutral tones and rustic dimmable chandeliers, the Grand Ballroom brings an ambiance of classic sophistication and northwest design. This space can seat up to 160 guests for a formal dinner, but can host up to 250 guest in a cocktail style set up.
The Great Hall
The Great Hall, a smaller portion of The Grand Ballroom, is great for small banquets or corporate meetings for up to 100 guests.
The Library
The Library is perfect for smaller, more intimate gatherings of around 50 guests, like company training or meetings that require PowerPoints.
The Marquee Tent
Enjoy the elegance and style of our Marquee Tent surrounded by majestic oak trees and the beautiful Eagle Landing Golf Course. With its removable sidewalls, comfortable heat and elegant chandelier lighting this permanent structure is available year-round. Add it on to the Grand Ballroom or the Bellevue Garden as a separate bar and cocktail area, or book it by itself for events of up to 100 guests.
The Cave
The Cave is a perfect hideout for those wanting a private, rustic, and distinctly Northwest outdoor setting. With a firepit and café lights strung from the trees, this space can host an intimate group or a crowd looking to dance the night away. Take full advantage of the surroundings by hosting a friendly golf tournament on the Par 3, Soccer Golf, or Mini Golf Courses! The Cave can accommodate groups of up to 150!
Golf Course + Greens
Enjoy the beauty of the tree-covered Par 3 course, the fun and challenging 36-hole Mini Golf Course as it winds around trees, waterfalls, and rock formations, or the dedicated 9 hole Soccer Golf Course. It's a great way for you and your coworkers to relax and enjoy themselves after a long week in the office.
